Thrasher Foundation Repair 2023 Company Kickoff
Each year, Thrasher Foundation Repair kicks off the new year with their annual Company Kickoff event, bringing together employees from all 10 locations. This event serves as a time to reflect on the past year, look ahead to upcoming goals, and celebrate connections with co-workers.
For the 2023 event, the theme 'Tailgating' was chosen, inspired by one of Thrasher's core values: One Team. My role involved designing the visual identity for the theme as well as a whole suite of event graphics including t-shirt design, presentation, event signage, name badges, breakout session collateral and more.
